Christian Winingar

Christian Winingar is a young professional with a focus on the modernization of the electrical distribution grid. Christian has industry experience in distribution design including voltage and phase conversion, joint use and third-party attachments, SCADA, ADMS, DERMS. Christian is a current EIT, registered in Missouri, and has passed the NCEES Electrical and Computer PE: Power Exam. He currently serves as the chair of the IEEE HKN Alumni Committee and volunteers with IEEE PES. He is currently the officer of two IEEE PES Standard Association groups and works closely with IEEE PES Distribution Working Groups to advance industry wide distribution standards, practices, and guides.
