Andrew Seely

Andy Seely is an independent consultant for IT and Cybersecurity for Defense, Federal, State, and commercial. He is a contracted ambassador for Cyber Florida’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Program, where he is the leader for outreach to the Defense Industrial Base in Florida. He is a Computer Science professor at both Hillsborough Community College and University of Maryland Global Campus, where he has taught for 23 years. He is a member of the Board of Governors for the IEEE Computer Society and the Vice Chair for the Florida West Coast Section of the IEEE. Andy’s professional experience over 30 years includes large and small companies, including SAIC and McCall Communications in Tampa, and he is an Air Force veteran.
