Attending Pathways to Industry was a great experience. As the president of the Rutgers Chapter, I actively contributed during the networking sessions and engaged with peers from various universities. The diverse range of sessions not only broadened my perspective on career paths but also provided invaluable insights for a successful future. Throughout the conference, I cultivated meaningful connections, expanded my knowledge, and solidified my trajectory towards professional success. I am very grateful for this opportunity and eagerly anticipate the exciting prospects that next year’s Pathways to Industry will undoubtedly bring!

It was an incredibly enriching experience to attend the IEEE-HKN Pathways to Industry Conference 2025. Over the course of three days, I had the opportunity to network with professionals from around the globe. The key takeaway for me was the importance of networking with peers, and I am eager to continue building connections within the IEEE community. I am already looking forward to the next IEEE-HKN event.
