Attending Pathways to Industry was a great experience. As the president of the Rutgers Chapter, I actively contributed during the networking sessions and engaged with peers from various universities. The diverse range of sessions not only broadened my perspective on career paths but also provided invaluable insights for a successful future. Throughout the conference, I cultivated meaningful connections, expanded my knowledge, and solidified my trajectory towards professional success. It was an incredibly enriching experience to attend the IEEE-HKN Pathways to Industry Conference 2025. Over the course of three days, I had the opportunity to network with professionals from around the globe.
